COVID-19 Update 26th March
I’m sure you have been keeping abreast of the latest changes throughout the country in relation to COVID-19 and the enforcements the government is imposing in order to protect us.
In light of the recent changes and recommended isolation guidelines, we at Redwood have decided to close our office until further notice. This allows us to focus on the wellbeing of our staff and clients whilst we react to the latest government announcements.
The business will still be fully open and operational, we have enabled staff to work remotely using company-secured devices and with full access to their usual workstations. Our staff have the necessary technology and systems access from home to process renewals, make mid-term adjustments to policies, provide quotations, and to answer any other queries you may have.
We hope this has no impact on the service we provide to you, however please bear with us during the transition period for these unprecedented circumstances.
We would request that all queries are sent to us by email in the first instance, whilst our phones are live as usual, this gives us the chance to ensure the right member of staff contacts you at the earliest point during this busy period. There may be delays in receiving or sending documents via post therefore please we would request you to send items via email wherever possible. We can arrange phone and video calls with your account handler if you have any concerns or queries.
